Would you want a Prosecutor representing you who doesn’t know the law, who misrepresents the law to the Courts and does not research nor correct it when he has been notified of his misrepresentation?

 

The Prosecutor for the Municipal Court in Marysville Ohio maintained a misrepresentation of the law to the Court even after he was notified of the misrepresentation by another lawyer.  Further, one of the Justices for the Third District Court of Appeals told Mr. Aslaner in open Court that his take on the law was wrong, yet Aslaner willfully let that misrepresentation stand and has not corrected it to this day.

 

Would you want a police chief who allows or a deputy police chief who threatens those who try and report police misconduct?

 

The Marysville Ohio Police Department has.

 

Would you want a mayor or a police chief who knew about all this, but did nothing?

 

The City of Marysville has a mayor and a police chief who were notified of all this but have done nothing.

 

Would you want a County Prosecutor who ignores the pleas of his citizen’s for justice against the corrupt police department – Union County has one.
